By using StoryReel AI ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the Service

StoryReel AI lets you chat with an AI director and generate character, scene, prop, and video content using AI. The Service is provided free of charge, "as is", with no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or output quality.

2. Your responsibility for prompts and content

You must only submit prompts and reference images you own or have the legal right to use. You may not use the Service to:

• Generate content that infringes another creator's copyright, trademark, or likeness rights.
• Generate content to facilitate fraud, forgery, or infringement of a third party's rights.
• Generate unlawful, abusive, or content that violates the rights of any person.

We may refuse to process, or may remove access for, requests that appear to violate these terms.

3. Third-party AI processing

Chat, image, and video generation are performed by a third-party AI provider. We are not responsible for the accuracy, fidelity, or availability of their processing, and results may vary or occasionally fail. See our Privacy Policy for details on how content is handled by that provider.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular quality of chat, image, or video generation, that your content will persist, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryReel AI and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of content stored only in your browser.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
